Refund and Shipping Policy

Welcome to RikReon! We aim to provide a clear and hassle-free experience for our customers. Please take a moment to read and understand our Return and Shipping Policy, which outlines your rights and responsibilities when purchasing our artworks. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to these terms.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damaged or Broken Artworks

  • To facilitate returns and replacements, customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of any damaged or broken artworks upon delivery.

2. No Return or Exchange for Customized Artwork

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized artwork, as these pieces are tailored to your specific preferences and cannot be resold.

3. Final Artwork Approval

  • Prior to finalizing your order, we will present a preview of your artwork for your approval. Once approved, the artwork is considered final. Requests for changes or returns after delivery are not possible.

4. Returns for Damaged or Broken Artwork

  • If your artwork is damaged or broken during shipping, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving it.

5. Quality Inspection for Refund

  • All returned artworks will undergo a quality inspection before a refund is issued.

6. Determination of Return Validity

  • Rikreon reserves the sole discretion to assess and determine the validity of return requests.

7. Return Request Limit

  • Customers are allowed a maximum of two returns within a 365-day period. Any return request exceeding this limit will not be processed.

8. Shipping of Framed Artwork

  • While we generally discourage the shipment of framed or glass-framed artworks, if you request such delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any damage sustained by the frame during transit.

9. Customized Orders

  • Customized orders will commence only after the full payment has been received.

10. Damage to Customized Artwork

  • In the event of damage to a customized artwork, a partial refund of 30% will be issued.

11. No Alterations After Confirmation

  • Once an order is confirmed, we do not accommodate requests for exchanges, cancellations, additions, changes to the product, or coupon codes. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

12. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

  • Please be aware that delivery charges are non-refundable in cases involving returns.

13. Delayed Delivery

  • Should there be any delay in the delivery of your order, we will make it a priority to contact you within 1-2 days with an update.

14. Return and Replacement Request Window

  • For all return and replacement requests, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the artwork. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be considered.

15. Shipping Times

  • Standard orders will be shipped within 2-3 days, with delivery times ranging from 5 to 10 days depending on your location.

16. Customized Artwork Shipping

  • Orders containing customized artwork will be shipped within 9 to 10 days, with delivery taking another 5 to 10 days based on your location.

17. Studio Dispatch Days

  • Our studio dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday.

18. Usage of Artistic Works

  • The use of our artistic works is strictly prohibited without the explicit, written consent of the artist.
